Ultimate Hotel Technology Make-Over
Guidelines
All property's entering have the permission of owner(s), management companies, brands, etc. to submit the entry.
If awarded either Limited / Select Service or Full Service the “Ultimate Hotel Technology Make-Over “ property will designate an IT Primary Point of Contact, Business / General Point of Contact within 5 business days of fees, other, outside of the contest solution notification Any taxes fees other contest solution award is the sole responsibility of the property(s).
Additional supporting documents (up to 5 per property) may be submitted with entry (e.g. forms, reports, etc). Acceptable formats include .pdf, .doc, .xls.
Submissions will be accepted from June 22, 2009 through October 20, 2009, entries will not be accepted after 5pm PAC time on 10/20/09.
